Kalamata olives, the famous black coloured olives, in extra virgin olive oil.

Based on a traditional recipe of our region, hand picked every October, carefully selected and stored in olive oil (together with some vinegar and salt) after a 2-week process.

They really bring the taste of South at your table. A great appetizer but not only !
